Hi I'm Andrew Lachance,

I am an Omaha, Nebraska based photographer that specializes in dramatic wedding photography, engagement sessions, portraiture, and event photography. I take pride in providing stunning images that document the unique brilliance of my clients.  There is undoubtedly something a magical about a photograph - it can capture our imagination, inspire, it can document, it can be a window into the past or carve away the distance, it can frame perspective and cradle a memory. We can all take snap a shot but there is a photographic art or practice to telling a story with an image or images, and it is that wonderful thing I love to share.

I began my oddesy into photography on the streets of Manhattan and the night clubs of Brooklyn after graduation at NYU, taking pictures of nightlife and the ferociously odd happenings that transpire in the city. Thats how I got hooked. 

 

After I moved to Seattle in addition to shooting street, and nightlife I grew an appreciation of the skill and patience required in landscape photography, the balance of color and shadow the bounty of scenic settings in 

 

Over the years I have shot hundreds of events from weddings to live music, family gatherings to corporate gatherings, live performances to editorial shoots.
